About The Position

This role leads the day-to-day execution and performance of the Customer Pickup (Collect) program for Walmart and Sam’s Club, ensuring feature orders are consistently fulfilled and shipped through the Clorox network. High levels of coordination across Transportation, Customer Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and BU Operations are required to mitigate risks, drive on-time pickup, quickly resolve exceptions, and maintain strong OTIF results. The role is operational, systems-focused, and cross-functional, with accountability for backlog management, system hygiene, issue escalation, and continuous process improvement across Walmart and Sam’s Club. The role will be dynamic, requiring a hybrid in-office work (3 days/ week) plan at the Bentonville, AR office. Travel for the role will be minimal (5-10%).

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in Transportation/Logistics or Customer Supply Chain
  • Experience in ERP (SAP) and/or customer portals
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Accountability, with a strong desire to commit, be held accountable and be rewarded for delivering results.
  • Effective communication, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders daily
  • Self-motivated, and possess strong abilities to work seamlessly across functional boundaries
  • Proven analytical skills; experience with advanced Excel and dashboarding tools

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of Transportation/ Customer Supply Chain experience preferred
  • Functional experience with ERP/ SAP systems highly desired, with comfortability navigating complex enterprise systems
  • Experience interfacing with large customers highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Leads the day-to-day execution and performance of the Customer Pickup (Collect) program for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
  • Ensures feature orders are consistently fulfilled and shipped through the Clorox network.
  • Mitigates risks, drives on-time pickup, and quickly resolves exceptions.
  • Maintains strong On-Time In-Full (OTIF) results.
  • Manages backlog, system hygiene, issue escalation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Monitors and reports out to operational and leadership contacts on performance on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
