About The Position

Weed Man is seeking a Customer Outreach Supervisor to join its growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, this position oversees the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing team and ensures the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets. The role is part time, with work hours from 3pm to 9pm, and pays $12–$15 an hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Recruit marketing team members.
• Conduct initial and ongoing employee training.
• Manage, coach, and motivate the marketing team.
• Track daily performance and prepare weekly reports for review.
• Ensure company goals and objectives are being met.
