About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Order Specialist to join our team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with order management systems.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

• Some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit daily customer orders.
• Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately using our order management system.
• Work closely with vendors and other departments (e.g., Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and address any issues that arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are securely packed and labeled correctly.
• Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of order fulfillment processes, inventory changes, and any discrepancies encountered.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall operational efficiency.
