About The Position
This entry-level, on-site position helps new customers get started successfully through guided introductions, setup support, and relationship building. It involves active, relationship-oriented work and regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
