About The Position

This is a road-warrior role where the Customer Onboarding Specialist I will travel 85-95% of the time (nationwide and internationally) to bring Actabl's software directly to hotel teams. The role involves guiding new customers through system configuration, hands-on training, and full-scale implementation. The specialist will be responsible for physical setup, barcoding equipment, and ensuring staff are confident using the system. This role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, enjoy adventure, and have a knack for teaching others.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
0-1 years of professional experience; relevant hospitality/hotel internships are highly preferred.
Demonstrated tech-savviness with a proven ability to rapidly master new software, systems, and mobile apps.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to effectively train users of all technical backgrounds and drive software adoption.
Prior customer-facing training or facilitation experience required.
Comfortable presenting to and adapting for varied live audiences.
Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance (e.g., within 60–90 minutes) of a major international airport.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Click-Up, Monday.com, or Rocketlane).
Prior SaaS configuration experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Travel globally to lead the physical and technical setup of core brands (Alice or Transcendent), including barcoding equipment and mapping hotel infrastructure.
Train diverse hotel staff with high energy, empathy, and strong presentation skills to ensure user adoption.
Rapidly learn and configure software solutions according to unique customer requirements and best practices.
Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and technical assistance during the implementation phase.
Manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables for implementations.
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to relay client needs and ensure a smooth handoff post-implementation.
