About The Position
This entry-level, on-site position helps new customers get started successfully through guided introductions, setup support, and relationship building. The work is active and relationship-oriented, with regular face-to-face interaction. It is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and explain the onboarding process.
