Customer Lead

Quorso•New York, NY
•$120,000 - $160,000

About The Position

The Customer Lead owns a portfolio of contracted relationships with large enterprise retail customers. This is an account ownership role, not a support role, with responsibility for managing client relationships, keeping work moving, and identifying risks before they escalate. The position offers day-to-day autonomy and the opportunity to own a meaningful book of business. The Customer Lead runs regular working sessions, builds relationships across client organizations, leads strategic planning and quarterly business reviews, and manages account projects in coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders. The role also partners with the Implementation Manager to connect client needs with delivery, monitors account health, handles operational account-management work, and looks for ways to improve how Quorso and its clients work. Quorso describes its working approach as outcome-focused, curious and innovative, and grounded in high expectations supported by honest feedback, practical support, and room to grow. The stated base salary range is $120,000–$160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonus or variable pay and equity. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and other benefits.
