About The Position

As an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist, you are the front-line contact for premium customers, delivering a seamless, personalized rental experience from vehicle delivery through collection. The role includes coordinating logistics, communicating with customers about arrangements and special requests, and providing a welcoming, professional interaction at every step. The position requires regular on-site presence in Denver, Colorado, and cannot be performed remotely. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and in a fast-paced service environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or car rental.
• Professional, friendly demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technological proficiency and comfort using various mobile devices.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; continuously sit, stand, walk, enter and exit, and drive a variety of automobiles in all weather conditions; and talk, hear/listen, and type.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class, welcoming, professional, and personalized experience to customers.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers to provide a premium customer experience.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team members and management.
• Communicate proactively with premium customers by phone, text, email, and app to confirm logistics, special requests, and meeting locations.
• Greet customers upon arrival, open vehicle doors, assist with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle.
