About The Position

GEM is hiring entry-level Customer Experience Representatives to support in-person marketing, community engagement, and event campaigns. The role offers an opportunity to learn by doing and develop practical professional skills. Previous marketing experience is not required.

Representatives interact with customers and community members, share information about client organizations and campaigns, and help create welcoming customer experiences. The position includes assisting with events and promotional activities, working with teammates toward campaign objectives, and participating in training, coaching, and professional development.
