About The Position

Customer Experience Representative (CSR / Valet Associate) Join the Team at NU3S! We're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members who take initiative and love working with people. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of NU3S, creating great first impressions while supporting our car wash, auto care center, and market café operations.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• Comfortable driving customer vehicles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works well in a team
• Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, valet, or automotive experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Process orders, payments, and answer questions about our services
• Safely drive customer vehicles through the car wash bay and service areas
• Manage vehicle flow and valet operations
• Promote memberships, rewards programs, and services
• Coordinate with car wash, café, and auto care teams
• Help wherever needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
