This role is essential in guiding customers through software challenges and eliminating obstacles so they can focus on delivering high-quality patient care. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will often be the face of Homecare Homebase for clients, supporting the company's mission to empower exceptional care by providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with their daily use of the software.
