Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service, receptionist, or admin experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
  • Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle conflict and differing opinions in a constructive and professional manner that align with The Placon Way.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide a strong first impression
  • Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Handle mail, data entry, and clerical tasks
  • Support customer service and internal teams
  • Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
