About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of CNY is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member for their Signature Service Team. This role focuses on providing post-installation support to homeowners, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring a smooth customer journey. The ideal candidate is a master communicator, cool under pressure, tech-savvy, and customer-service oriented, contributing to the company's 'Signature Service Experience' and 'Everybody's Gotta Win' culture.

Requirements

  • A master communicator (written and spoken)
  • Cool under pressure and sharp with time management
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-obsessed
  • Someone who thrives in a team-first, fast-paced environment
  • Customer-service experience is a must
  • A valid driver’s license and a winning attitude
  • High school diploma required
  • Strong background in customer service (high volume preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience
  • 2-year degree preferred
  • Experience in a sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for post-installation support
  • Manage communication via phone, text, email, and more
  • Partner with sales and project managers to ensure a smooth customer journey
