Seeking Patient Experience Liaison/Customer Service! Part -time (48 hours biweekly), 5:00am-5:30pm, no weekends/holidays Baptist Health Floyd, Customer Service Relations Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area The Patient Experience (PEX) Liaison is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all those entering the hospital seeking care or service. As the primary contact for those entering the surgery waiting area, this person will seek to understand the needs of the individual and direct them to the appropriate area for registration, waiting, surgeon consultation, etc. The Patient Experience Liaison is responsible for proactively assessing the needs of those in the surgery waiting area and appropriately addressing such needs. They will act as the communication conduit between the surgical services team and patients or patient family members. In addition to surgery support, the Patient Experience Liaison will assist with other PEX projects/initiatives to support the overall experience of those who receive services at Baptist Health Floyd.
