About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of CNY is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member for their Signature Service Team. This role is crucial for providing post-installation support to homeowners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a smooth customer journey. The ideal candidate will be a master communicator, cool under pressure, and dedicated to creating a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, day shift position located in Syracuse, NY.

Requirements

  • A master communicator (written and spoken)
  • Cool under pressure and sharp with time management
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-obsessed
  • Someone who thrives in a team-first, fast-paced environment
  • Customer-service experience is a must
  • A valid driver’s license and a winning attitude
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience
  • 2-year degree preferred
  • Experience in a sales environment = a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for post-installation support
  • Manage communication via phone, text, email, and more
  • Partner with sales and project managers to ensure a smooth customer journey
