TJ Maxx is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to promote an excellent customer experience. This role oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. The Coordinator leads by example by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean and organized store. This position is responsible for creating a positive internal and external customer experience, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintaining confidentiality. The role involves training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs. Additionally, the Coordinator assigns registers, supports POS coverage needs, coordinates breaks, addresses customer concerns, ensures Associates execute tasks according to the store plan, communicates effectively with management and Associates, provides and accepts feedback, partners with management on training needs, ensures adherence to labor laws and policies, promotes credit and loyalty programs, supports shrink reduction goals, and promotes safety awareness. Other duties as assigned.
