About The Position

Amscot is hiring full-time Customer Experience Associates for a role intended as an entry point to career growth and leadership. Associates receive hands-on, paid training and mentorship from experienced leaders, and can advance to Assistant Leader, Co-Leader, Branch Leader, and beyond. Promotion has no minimum waiting period and is based on performance, readiness, and available opportunities. Employees may increase their earnings as they develop skills and take on greater responsibilities. The role offers varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with one weekday and one weekend day off each week. Amscot provides financial services training; previous financial services experience is not required.
