About The Position
Karl Automotive Group is seeking a motivated, personable Customer Engagement Specialist to support its sales and service teams by speaking with customers and setting appointments. The role involves working toward goals, providing outstanding customer service, and balancing independent work with teamwork. It is full-time at 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and an opportunity to work from home. Occasional Saturdays are covered through a team rotation.
