About The Position

This role involves assisting external and internal customers for multiple locations over the phone. Responsibilities include answering, screening, and forwarding calls, providing directions, and transferring calls to the correct departments. The role also involves using Storis to process payments, schedule/change deliveries, and look up delivery times. Additionally, the Customer Care Specialist will provide timely and accurate information regarding customer requests and concerns, assist with purchases, handle warranty and return inquiries, order parts, follow up on outstanding service orders, and manage a non-sellable report. The position requires partnering with sales associates to meet customer service expectations, organizing and managing multiple priorities, maintaining office appearance, and filing daily invoices.

  • Lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting external and internal customers for multiple locations over the phone by answering, screening, and forwarding calls in a timely manner.
  • Giving directions, transferring calls to correct departments (corporate, customer service, sales, merchandising, front office, reception, etc.).
  • Using Storis to take payments, schedule/change deliveries, look up delivery times for external customers.
  • Providing timely and accurate information to customers requests and concerns.
  • Assisting customers, sales, and delivery drivers with purchases.
  • Handling inbound calls and face-to-face interaction with customers regarding warranties and returns.
  • Ordering all parts for missing hardware, legs, finials, upholstery/leather replacement panels.
  • Following up with the factory on outstanding service orders to update status.
  • Working the non-sellable report to eliminate items waiting on parts.
  • Partnering with sales associates to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Organizing and managing multiple priorities.
  • Maintaining the office appearance by keeping everything neat and clean.
  • Filing the daily invoices.
