Additionally, the Customer Care Specialist will provide timely and accurate information regarding customer requests and concerns, assist with purchases, handle warranty and return inquiries, order parts, follow up on outstanding service orders, and manage a non-sellable report. The position requires partnering with sales associates to meet customer service expectations, organizing and managing multiple priorities, maintaining office appearance, and filing daily invoices.
