Responsibilities
- Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
- Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
- Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
- Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
- Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

- Salary: €1,687.27/month (gross)
- Monthly Payment Frequency
- Performance Bonus: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPIs
