In this role, you'll meet virtually with clients, provide outstanding customer service, explain benefit options, and help families secure the protection they need. No previous insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive virtual training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed. Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using computers, Zoom, and online technology.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• No insurance license? No problem. We provide guidance throughout the licensing and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.
• Build relationships by understanding each client's needs.
• Explain life and supplemental health benefit options.
• Assist clients with enrollments and policy questions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team.
