About The Position
The Customer Care Rep I is the primary interface between the customer and Zurn Elkay. Actively manage customer orders, work and interact with multiple intercompany departments, identify, investigate and research user questions and problems, and assist external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the plumbing industry preferred
