This role is responsible for providing essential post-order and trade-in support to customers and internal teams within the Used Department. Requirements

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Ability to effectively listen, analyze, and resolve customer issues.
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team and interact professionally with customers in various channels.

Responsibilities

Address customer inquiries related to order status, modifications, returns, and exchanges, primarily via chat and email.
Assist customers with Used Trade-In inquiries, including quote status and resolution of payment-related issues, across phone, email, and chat.
Process internal requests such as order cancellations/modifications, conduct product research, facilitate parts fulfillment, and ensure timely customer follow-up.
Authorize and process in-store returns.
