About The Position
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in the Instore Bakery section at the Speke New Mersey store. This hands-on role involves preparing and delivering bakery products while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will manage demand, keep shelves stocked, and provide fast, high-quality service, including during busy periods. The role requires balancing speed with safe working practices and collaborating with colleagues to maintain efficient output. You may also work across different store roles as required. The position involves specialist cutting equipment and is not open to applicants under 18. Work pattern: Monday 5:00–13:00, Tuesday 4:00–12:00, Friday 4:00–10:00, and Saturday 10:00–18:00.
