About The Position

FLIK is hiring an on-call Customer Ambassador at Asurion in Nashville, Tennessee. The role drives a hospitality-focused environment by greeting guests, offering samples, engaging with customers at tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; hours may vary based on operational needs. The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Free parking and a free meal per shift are noted, along with uniforms and laundering service at select locations. The position requires previous customer service and food preparation experience.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience.
Previous food preparation experience.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer and interact in a way that ensures a high level of hospitality.
Greet team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
Ensure marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
Use selling techniques, communicate with customers, and assist with their buying and decision-making process.
Ensure display foods are attractively merchandised and serve food neatly and attractively according to standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
