About The Position

FLIK is hiring an on-call Customer Ambassador at Asurion in Nashville, Tennessee. The role drives a hospitality-focused environment by greeting guests, offering samples, engaging with guests at tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. The Customer Ambassador also supports team members, communicates customer concerns to supervisors, promotes menu items, and ensures food displays and service meet standards. The listed schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; hours may vary based on operational needs. Further details are provided during the interview.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous food preparation experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and interact in a way that ensures a high level of hospitality.
• Greet team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
• Ensure marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
• Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
• Use selling techniques and communicate with customers to assist with buying and decision-making.
• Merchandise display foods attractively according to standards.
• Serve food neatly and attractively according to standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
