About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Agent to support SquareTrade customers in Athens, Greece. The role provides insurance support to policyholders in Swedish through phone, email, and chat, including assistance with policy questions, claims, and coverage. The agent will document customer interactions in insurance CRM systems, maintain confidentiality, and work with internal teams to resolve sensitive cases. The position is on-site and requires relocation to Athens. Fully paid training and relocation support are offered.

Requirements

Native or fluent spoken and written Swedish.
Valid EU passport.
Professional proficiency in English for internal reporting and training.
Strong problem-solving skills and professional integrity.
Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, for an on-site role.

Responsibilities

Provide insurance support to SquareTrade customers by phone, email, and chat.
