Responsibilities

• Connect directly with community members in high-traffic commercial territories to share active client promotions and service updates.
• Handle registration logistics, verify customer information, and securely process client orders using company-provided tablet applications.
• Answer general consumer inquiries and ensure face-to-face interactions are welcoming, compliant, and professional.
• Collect qualitative customer feedback during field interactions and report common consumer insights to the team.
