Royal (a MacLean Power Systems Company) in Bessemer, AL has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Specialist. This role is Onsite in Bessemer, AL.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience including experience with technical products
  • Expert utilization of Syteline or comparable ERP system required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships based on integrity and service
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, reps, and other inside sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including proficiency in Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in utility industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answers inquiries from clients concerning products while promoting the company products
  • Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients
  • Periodically prepares and reports sending results and leads to manager
  • Caters to any customer complaints or concerns and establishes a resolution
  • Learns the various buying habits and expectations of the customers to provide exceptional customer service
  • Conducts regular follow ups on the quote status
  • Works with the V.P. of Sales on the administrative aspects of sales
  • Performs other duties as assigned
