About The Position

This role involves handling customer service inquiries and problems, acting as a primary liaison between the company and its customers to ensure seamless business practices. The specialist will also work with the accounting department to resolve invoice discrepancies and utilize a computerized system for various tasks including pricing, ordering, tracking, reporting, and information gathering. Coordination with other departments regarding customer needs, complaints, and schedules is essential, as is navigating customer systems efficiently and accurately. The position requires attention to detail in completing documents and adherence to workplace standards such as 5S and safety procedures.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead finance workstream activities for projects
  • Serve as primary liaison with customers to allow seamless business practices between company and internal and external customers
  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems
  • Work with accounting to fix invoice discrepancies
  • Use computerized system for pricing, ordering, tracking, reporting, information gathering and/or troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding customer requirements, complaints and schedules
  • Navigate through customer systems with speed and accuracy and stay familiar with changes to systems
  • Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
  • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
