Handles customer service inquiries and problems and records consistent problem areas. Plan and lead finance workstream activities for projects. Serve as primary liaison with customers to allow seamless business practices between company and internal and external customers. Handle customer service inquiries and problems. Work with accounting to fix invoice discrepancies. Use computerized system for pricing, ordering, tracking, reporting, information gathering and/or troubleshooting. Coordinate with other departments regarding customer requirements, complaints and schedules. Navigate through customer systems with speed and accuracy and stay familiar with changes to systems. Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately. Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.). Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
