About The Position

This position is mostly onsite but also allows you to get out in the field and engage directly with customers, helping them navigate their journey through the rent-to-own process and acquire ownership of the items they need for their home. With an attractive pay range of $37K- $45k per year, your hard work will be well rewarded. Requirements

Valid driver's license with good driving record (class D chauffeur's license required in Louisiana and Mississippi)
Heavy lifting (Loading and unloading freight trucks)
Love of providing excellent customer service

Responsibilities

Ensuring the showroom floor is inviting and ready for customers.
Setting up visually appealing showroom displays.
Assembling new furniture, appliances, and electronics.
Refurbishing previously rented items.
Assisting customers in-store, via phone, or during deliveries and returns.
Handling service calls and guiding customers regarding rented merchandise.
Diagnosing issues with rented merchandise.
Account management (collections) including contacting customers to renew expired rental agreements.
Utilizing phone outreach and field visits for account management.
Loading and unloading trucks for deliveries and returns.
