About The Position

Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a Full-Time Customer Account Representative to join its dynamic team. This role is primarily onsite but also involves field visits to engage directly with customers, guiding them through the rent-to-own process for furniture, appliances, and electronics. The position focuses on sales, customer service, and managing accounts and collections, including renewing expired rental agreements. The company offers an attractive pay range of $37k - $45k per year and promotes a flexible, energetic work culture that values input and encourages career advancement into store management. Responsibilities

Ensuring the showroom floor is inviting and ready for customers
Setting up visually appealing showroom displays
Assembling new furniture, appliances, and electronics
Refurbishing previously rented items
Providing exceptional customer service and sales assistance in-store
Reaching out to customers via phone for sales and service
Loading and unloading trucks for deliveries and returns
Handling service calls and offering guidance to customers regarding their rented merchandise
Diagnosing issues that may arise with rented merchandise
Contacting customers to renew expired rental agreements
Utilizing both phone outreach and field visits to maintain strong relationships and customer accounts (collections)
