About The Position

Nutrien Ag Solutions is hiring a Custom Applicator to support its agricultural retail operations. The role operates spray equipment and equipment computers, applies and calibrates crop protection products, and handles the mixing, loading, application, and delivery of agricultural inputs. The Custom Applicator also inspects, cleans, and maintains vehicles and equipment, assists mechanics, and maintains application and spray records. The work is local, with employees home every night. The position is full-time, with 40 or more hours per week and overtime opportunities during busier peak-season days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and applicable endorsements.
• Current CDL or ability to obtain one; training is available to the right candidate.
• Must meet the minimum DOT age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate all spray equipment.
• Operate computers on equipment.
• Spray and calibrate crop protection products.
• Mix, load, and apply crop production products and plant nutrition products.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Handle and deliver bulk and packaged materials, seed, and other agricultural inputs.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Assist the mechanic.
• Maintain application and spray records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
