About The Position

The Custom Applicator operates spray and spreading equipment efficiently and safely while applying agricultural products in the field, following company policy. The role supports farmers and ranchers through MFA Incorporated’s whole-farm solutions and may include cross-training in Agri-Service areas to develop skills and provide additional support.

Requirements

• Strength and agility to maneuver product and equipment weighing 50–100 pounds.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
• Have or be willing to develop basic technical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Custom application experience.
• Class A CDL with tank and/or hazmat endorsement, or the ability to obtain one.
• High school diploma or GED.
