About The Position
The Custodian maintains cleanliness in assigned areas, removes trash and debris, and assists with property cleanup, including bio-chemical material. The role also delivers and retrieves guest-room items, stocks linen supplies, handles linen carts, and helps ensure the preventative care of equipment and supplies. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and pick up and remove trash and debris.
- Clean up property areas, including bio-chemical material.
- Deliver and retrieve rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards, and other items to guest rooms.
- Stock linen supplies in linen closets and load and unload linen carts.
- Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
