About The Position
Pritchard Industries is seeking a Custodian to perform building maintenance and cleaning tasks to help maintain a healthy, safe, and sanitary facility. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors; removing trash; cleaning restrooms and break rooms; and performing other miscellaneous tasks. The ideal candidate has a professional attitude and appearance and is self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Requirements
- Able to follow instructions from a supervisor and complete tasks effectively.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to use an auto scrubber machine.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning experience.
- Janitor experience; training is available.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
