About The Position
The Custodian will be responsible for cleaning various surfaces, furniture, restrooms, locker rooms, trailers, tractors, and work areas. This role involves using cleaning chemicals, paints, and occasionally ladders. Additionally, the Custodian will perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and painting, and will be responsible for emptying trash receptacles throughout the building. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- 0 to 6 plus months of general experience
Responsibilities
- Clean various surfaces, furniture, restrooms, locker rooms, trailers, tractors and work areas using cleaning chemicals, paints and the occasional use of ladders
- Perform light maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, painting, etc.
- Empty trash receptacles throughout the building
- Other duties as assigned
