eClerx is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at its Fayetteville location. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is reliable, and can complete daily cleaning responsibilities with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate is reliable, takes initiative, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean workplace. They should identify areas needing attention without constant direction and consistently complete assigned responsibilities.

• Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, countertops, and tables.
• Restock restroom supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and other designated areas.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and supply shortages to management.
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow all company safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Complete additional cleaning assignments as needed.
