About The Position

DNC Facility Services is hiring three reliable cleaning professionals to work at a school facility in the North DeSoto area. The position follows a consistent Monday–Friday afternoon schedule, starting at 3:30 PM, with 8-hour shifts at the same location and as part of the same team. The role pays $13.85 per hour. The company provides training in its cleaning system and expects technicians to maintain a clear, consistent standard throughout each shift. This role may offer an opportunity to advance into a lead position as the team gets started. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, coachable, and trustworthy in a school environment. Prior commercial or school cleaning experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

Be reliable, arrive on time, and complete assigned work every shift.
Be detail-oriented and follow through on cleaning tasks.
Be coachable and willing to learn and consistently apply the DNC Standard.
Be trustworthy and conduct yourself professionally in a school environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
Prior school cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
Interest in taking initiative and potentially stepping into a lead role.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas throughout the facility.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum daily.
Empty and replace trash liners.
Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms each shift.
Maintain high-touch surfaces and common areas to a consistent standard.
Follow the DNC cleaning system: Top to Bottom, Left to Right, every shift.
