This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Requirements

Custodial experience is a plus.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must pass a drug test.
Must pass pre-screening site-specific exams and training materials.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Dust furniture and equipment.
Polish metalwork.
Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
Empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays.
Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenish bathroom supplies.
Transport small equipment or tools between departments.
Additional responsibilities and duties as required. May vary depending on the nature of the site and the obligations of the client.
