Custodian
About The Position
Pritchard Industries is seeking a Custodian to perform building maintenance and cleaning tasks to help ensure that the building and facilities are healthy, safe, and sanitary. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors; removing trash; cleaning restrooms and break rooms; and other miscellaneous maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has a professional attitude and appearance and is self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The role includes a salary of $19.50 per hour and a benefits package.
Requirements
- Follow instructions from a supervisor and complete tasks effectively.
- Lift at least 50 pounds.
- Be able to use an auto scrubber machine.
- Have reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience; training is provided.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
