About The Position
The Custodian maintains sanitation in and around company facilities according to company standards. The role includes cleaning interior spaces, maintaining restrooms and grounds, handling refuse, monitoring pest-control systems, and preparing required records and reports. The Custodian reports safety problems to the shift supervisor, complies with OSHA and MSDS standards, and performs other duties as instructed by the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
- Clean the terminal using hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners to meet company standards.
- Remove refuse from offices, restrooms, break rooms, and buildings daily, ensuring trash cans are empty and clean.
- Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Relocate, move, and adjust office furniture as necessary.
- Ensure pest-control systems operate efficiently and maintain a high standard of sanitation and housekeeping.
- Remove ice and snow from pedestrian walkways and parking lots.
- Keep company grounds free from litter and debris.
- Prepare company-required reports on labor and equipment.
- Maintain a log of repair history by equipment type.
- Prepare complete and accurate records and reports as required.
- Report safety problems to the shift supervisor.
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Operations Manager.
