About The Position

Performs the full range of custodial services at contract locations. The role carries out assigned daily cleaning tasks and maintains clean, sanitary conditions throughout the work areas. It also involves maintaining custodial equipment and supplies in neat, orderly condition and interacting cooperatively with Government personnel and customers. The employee must immediately advise the supervisor if Government staff direct changes in contract requirements. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• No prior experience or training is required.
• Must have an acceptable driving record under the company's insurance vendor requirements.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Must complete a drug screen, background check, and employment verification.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned daily cleaning tasks, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions throughout assigned areas.
• Keep custodial equipment and supplies neat and orderly.
• Interact cooperatively with Government personnel and customers.
• Immediately advise the supervisor when Government staff direct changes in contract requirements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
