About The Position

The Custodian provides exemplary service by keeping buildings clean and orderly and helping ensure residents and guests have a safe, healthy environment. This is a full-time overnight position with an 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. schedule, paying $20–$22 per hour. Employment offers are subject to successfully completing a pre-employment process that includes a drug screen, TB test, and background check.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of custodial experience.
• Bring a smile to work every day.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduation.
• Experience working in a senior environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned community spaces, including rooms and lobbies.
• Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Report maintenance repairs to a supervisor.
