About The Position
Semi-skilled manual work involving responsibility for the care and maintenance of a public building or buildings and related equipment. Performs other related work as required. This is a part-time position scheduled for 24 hours per week, at $25.17 per hour.
Requirements
- One year of experience in clerical or maintenance work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Class D driver's license required.
- Ability to perform moderately physical labor.
- General knowledge of cleaning materials and methods.
- Basic skills in performing preventative maintenance on plant and equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the probationary period may be required.
Responsibilities
