About The Position
The Building People, LLC, is hiring a Janitor/Custodian to maintain and protect its facilities. The role is responsible for keeping building premises clean and tidy, supporting the appearance of the facility, and helping prevent vandalism. The ideal candidate has experience in a custodial role focused on building upkeep, physical endurance to cover a large space, attention to detail, and diligence.

Responsibilities
- Prepare spaces for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture, and dusting surfaces.
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets.
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers, and restock disposables such as soap.
- Wipe mirrors and windows.
