Requirements
- 1+ years of professional custodial or facility maintenance experience
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, proper storage, and safety procedures
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Nice To Haves
- OSHA safety training or bloodborne pathogen certification
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas including restrooms, offices, common spaces, and high-touch surfaces
- Execute floor care protocols: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, and periodic deep cleaning
- Manage waste removal, recycling programs, and proper disposal procedures
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and soap dispensers
- Identify and report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions
- Follow all health, safety, and chemical handling protocols with precision
- Maintain organized storage areas and equipment in good working condition
