About The Position

PK Property Services is hiring a part-time, first-shift Custodian in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role maintains clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients by carrying out facility-specific cleaning and working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks. The posted pay is $18 per hour. Work is on the road, with schedules listed for two locations: Location #1, 8:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Wednesday; Location #2, 8:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. Monday and Thursday.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a standard background check, including E-Verify.
• Ability to operate minor equipment.
• Self-starter able to produce work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean specified areas according to each facility’s needs.
• Wash windows, sanitize, and dust.
• Care for floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Dispose of waste and clean restrooms.
• Complete daily reports for work completed.
• Work with on-site staff to complete daily tasks.
