About The Position

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Custodian to perform building maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep buildings and facilities healthy, safe, and sanitary. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms, along with other miscellaneous tasks. The ideal candidate has a professional attitude and appearance and is self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from a supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to use an auto scrubber machine.
• Professional attitude and appearance; self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or janitor experience; training will be provided.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.
